In her role as an Environmental Research Coordinator, she invites families in the communities of the Central Valley to participate in the various investigative research projects, to learn of the community’s exposure to air pollution, to better support the implementation of policies in our environment and increase our health and life quality.

Growing up in the Central Valley, Briseida saw the impact and importance air quality had on the community. As an Environmental Research Coordinator, she hopes to contribute to the various research projects and advocate for the frontline communities in healthcare. Briseida in her free time enjoys listening to music, reading, playing tennis, and most of all spending time with her family.
