Community Outreach Specialist
Jeanette Rivera graduated from Fresno state where she received a Bachelor’s in Health Science.
As a Community Health Worker, Jeanette has the opportunity to provide asthma education to CCAC CARES participants in Fresno County. She enjoys meeting participants in the program and learning more about them and their story. Jeanette is also passionate about health education and teaching her participants the importance of advocating for their health.
In her free time, Jeanette enjoys exploring new restaurants and spending time with loved ones.
